1. Parties:
   These Terms govern the relationship between “Ninja Card” Ltd and users of ninjacard.io.
2. Service Description:
   The Company provides a platform for personalized NFC business cards and digital profiles, including SaaS functionality.
3. Orders and Delivery:
   Orders are placed online. Delivery is handled via Speedy or Econt.
4. Pricing and Payment:
   Prices are stated in BGN and include VAT where applicable.
5. Returns:
   Personalized products are non-refundable except in cases of proven defects.
6. Limitation of Liability:
   The Company is not liable for improper use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
7. No Warranties:
   The service is provided “as is”.
8. Amendments:
   The Company may amend these Terms. Amendments take effect upon publication on the website.

   Users may access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
10. Governing Law:
    These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law.
