Legal Basis for Processing: Personal data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1) GDPR: consent (point a), performance of a contract (point b), and legitimate interests of the Company (point f).

Order fulfillment – performance of a contract
Sending newsletters – explicit consent

Data Retention: Data submitted via contact forms is retained for up to 12 months. Customer data is retained in accordance with accounting and tax legislation. Unconfirmed newsletter requests are deleted within 30 days. Active newsletter data is processed until consent is withdrawn, after which only the minimum record needed to honor the opt-out and demonstrate consent is retained.
Data Recipients: Personal data may be shared only with technical and logistical partners to the extent necessary to provide the service. We use Resend as an email processing provider to deliver and manage the newsletter. Data is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
